Body' When an electronic floor scale fails, it is usually caused by the sensor causing damage to the internal resistance element, which affects the accuracy of the weighing.
Guangzhou Instrument Detection
Body' It is necessary to test the sensor first, and only find out the cause of the fault. Perform instrument repairs.
Use a multimeter to test the power supply line of the sensor. Signal wires and shielded wires must be coaxial cables for testing. If there is a short circuit, disconnection or insulation performance degradation, the sensor is damaged.
In the no-load state, a sensor with good performance will quickly return to zero and display a relatively stable value. A damaged sensor will be unable to return to zero or the display value will jump. After clearing, the sensor will still When the above phenomenon occurs, connect all the sensors for no-load measurement. First, check one sensor to see if its display value is stable. Then measure all sensors in sequence. If the display value of the removed sensor can return to normal, then this sensor is damaged.
When a standard weight is used to load the sensor, the measured value displayed is the superimposed value of the standard weight after gradual loading. It is an undamaged sensor, but the displayed value and the superimposed value have a large deviation. It's caused by a damaged sensor.
